  9.        SMaster is  a deluxe files-lister for  RemoteAccess, SuperBBS and
  10.        QuickBBS  based systems.  It supports  QFV (DISP)  and SuperBBS's
  11.        extended description  lines, and will  process them correctly  on
  12.        all  operations. SMaster  comes in  two versions  of executebles,
  13.        8-bit XT  version, and 16-bit  80286 Assembly version,  optimized
  14.        for  speed  and  size.  In  addition,  SMaster  is fully DESQview
  15.        and  share aware,  and can  work  on  a MultiLine  BBS without  a
  16.        problem.

  18.        SMaster   can   create   AllFiles,   NewFiles,  MissingFiles  and
  19.        OrphansList. Using  security-range coverage, you  can choose what
  20.        areas to  list, and what  areas to drop  from lists. SMaster  can
  21.        add a summary at the end  of your lists, with total files listed,
  22.        bytes listed,  offlines etc. Local summary  (and header) for each
  23.        and  every area  is supported  as well,  and can  be, optionally,
  24.        turned on.

  26.        Using  SMaster, you  can configure  the way  your lists will look
  27.        like. You  can make them  colored with ANSI-Sequences,  with your
  28.        favorite color  set. You can make  them ready-to-be-printed, with
  29.        page-cuts, form-feeds, and optional headers.

  31.        You  may  have  your  allfiles  alphabetically  sorted,  or  have
  32.        SMaster  put a  default description   line on  all files  with no
  33.        description. You  can set a  list of files,  to be excluded  from
  34.        Oprhnas-list,   or    have   SMaster   remove    (or   add)   all
  35.        download-counters attached to begining of description.

  37.        All  this,  and  much  more,  makes  SMaster  the best choice for
  38.        generating  files-lists  on  RemoteAccess,  SuperBBS  or QuickBBS
  39.        systems, especially if using  any of DISP's well-known QFV-Series
  40.        products.

  46.        DVCopy is  a file copying  utility, that is  built to work  under
  47.        DESQview.  It  combines  many  features  that  are  handy  to any
  48.        DESQview User,  while some of  them are unique  revulotionary and
  49.        exciting features, never seen in other programs.

  51.        DVCopy's top  feature is its ability  to read/write floppy drives
  52.        without causing a complete slow-down  on all other tasks. It does
  53.        this in  several levels of protection,  so you can find  out what
  54.        fits you best.

  56.        Also,  DVCopy is,  unless disabled,  fully share  aware. It  will
  57.        open  files at  the most  flexible, yet  safe way.  It will  also
  58.        recognize when  a specific file is  locked, and will try  to open
  59.        it a few times, until it will skip it, and go to the next file.

  61.        Registered versions of DVCopy  have another useful feature, which
  62.        is 4DOS/NDOS  compatibility. On a registered  DVCopy, you can let
  63.        DVCopy copy  the file's 4DOS/NDOS  description together with  the
  64.        file itself.

  66.        This combination  of features, together  with the fact  DVCopy is
  67.        written  to be  small and  effective, and  is using  16-bit 80286
  68.        Assembly, makes it the best utility for copying under DESQview.

  74.        MultiChat  is a  split-screen multi-line  online chat  system for
  75.        the RemoteAccess based BBS. It  works  as  a keyboard to keyboard
  76.        chat, works very fast, and supports up to 4 nodes simultaneously.

  78.        Using its powerful configuration,  you can define almost anything
  79.        concerning  MultiChat. You  can set  it to  inform about incoming
  80.        online messages, the moment they arrive, or have it ignore them.
  81.        You can  give your users  unlimited time to  be on MultiChat,  or
  82.        instruct MultiChat  to check their  time-limit, and quit  when it
  83.        exceeds. You can  instruct MultiChat how many windows  to draw on
  84.        the  screen, so  you won't  have wasted  space on  the screen. In
  85.        addition, you can even set all colors MultiChat uses.

  87.        For the  users themselves, MultiChat is  even more friendly. Each
  88.        user  writes  in  a  separate  window,  and  many users can write
  89.        simultaneously,  without having  any conflict.  All windows  have
  90.        both  automatic word-wrapping,  and line  scrolling, which  makes
  91.        writing much easier.

  93.        In addition,  MultiChat offers many  other handy features.  Users
  94.        can list all users that are  online, on all lines, no matter what
  95.        they are  doing. The users can  also send online messages  to any
  96.        user on  any line, as  well as receive  online messages that  are
  97.        waiting.

  99.        MultiChat  is  also  capable  of  letting  one  user "whisper" to
  100.        another, while all other users will  not even be able to know the
  101.        user whispered  anything, and of  course, without any  other user
  102.        actually  see the  whisper. Users  are also  capable of  clearing
  103.        their chat-window, redrawing the screen  (in case of noise on the
  104.        line), being informed of the exact time left they have, and more.

  110.        FiSum is  a file summary system  for BBSes runnning RemoteAccess.
  111.        Unlike  all other  utils on  this field,  FiSum does  not have  a
  112.        built-in hard-coded summary format.

  114.        Using FiSum, you can design your own ASCII/ANSI/AVATAR summaries,
  115.        with the details you want, and the look you like. You can have in
  116.        your  LOGO.A?? the  complete number  of files  on the system, the
  117.        size of your file base in  bytes, Kilobytes or Megabytes - as you
  118.        wish.

  120.        You  can use  FiSum to  add banners  to your  FILES.BBS, with the
  121.        number of files in that area,  the average size of file, the date
  122.        of your oldest  file, the age (in days) of  your oldest file, the
  123.        average age of files, and any other item you can think of.

  125.        Using FiSum, you can also  determine how many downloads have been
  126.        performed from  the system, how much  bytes/Kb/Mb was downloaded,
  127.        what is your oldest file, what  is the average age of your files,
  128.        how many  archives you have  got, how many  files inside archives
  129.        you  have  got,  what  is  the  total  size  of  the files inside
  130.        archives (in bytes, KBytes or MBytes), and much much more !

  132.        In other words,  FiSum is a very powerfull tool,  and can be used
  133.        for hundreds  of tasks. It  is a well  behaved software, supports
  134.        many other software  and hardware, and can be  used on almost any
  135.        DOS based machine.
